Buchholz Makes Six Schedules In

A mixture of old and new for the Bobcats, as they will be traveling to Weeki Wachee on the weekend of Week 1 and to Lyman for the weekend of Week 3. Those are not new, but Buchholz is bringing back its duals event, hosting it just before Christmas. I do not have a flyer for that one yet, but as soon as I do it will be posted.

he Bobcats are also going to Lake Mary for the Tournament of Champions on the first weekend of 2017 and are competing at the Milton-Winter Duals (formerly Troy Smith Duals), which has moved from Gateway to St. Cloud. Cities are scheduled for a Saturday night, January 21st (same day as Gateway Conference and St Johns River…sigh, I was hoping to get to it this time), and Buchholz will be attending the George Jenkins IBT to wrap up January and Clay’s Rotary event to begin February.

Buchholz will also have standalone dual events with Columbia on December 7 and Oakleaf on February 8.

So that’s six. We’re one-eighth of the way there and it’s still mid-August. Who’s going to be seven?

I covered wrestling for 15 years up north and "retired" in 2011. But as I thought I had in 1992, I couldn't stay away. Started Northeast Florida Matmen in 2013, Northwest Florida Matmen in 2015. New initiative this year is to create a space on my sites where ALL Florida results can be stored, searched, reviewed and used by my readers, with NO COST TO THEM.
