Beach Rats Wrestling Club is an AAU-affiliated, all-ages club wrestling every Tuesday & Thursday from 5-7 p.m. at Fletcher High School, located at 700 Seagate Avenue in Neptune Beach as part of Duval County Public Schools’ continuing education programs. Youth and HS-aged participants must pay $20 per month and adults $40 per month to DCPS. Core focus is folkstyle, but training in freestyle and Greco is available. Pin-N-Win Wrestling Club is a youth wrestling club wrestling every Tuesday & Thursday from 5:30-8 p.m. (training sessions from 5:30-6:30 for ages 12-under and 6:30-8 for youth ages 13 and up, located at Westside High School, 5530 Firestone Road in Jacksonville. Offers all three styles of wrestling, with folkstyle emphasized from September to March, and wrestling in all three styles from April-July. River City Wrestling Factory will start its winter season on Monday, November 7, and meet on Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursdays from 6-7:30 p.m. The club holds its meetings at Episcopal School of Jacksonville. Team CLAY Wrestling Club is hosting practices starting April 3 on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Clay High School, located at 2025 State Road 16 in Green Cove Springs. Practice times are 6-8 p.m. Must have an AAU card to participate. Travel to Orlando, Daytona, Virginia Beach, New Orleans and Appalachian State is planned. North Florida Wrestling Academy is a new club that will be hosting an open-mat event on Saturday, located at 3034 Bravo Court in Orange Park, and will be holding practices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. Initial fee of $100, includes first month’s membership and two-piece singlet and shirt, monthly fees after are $40, AAU membership required. Cacique Wrestling Club is a new club that is starting at Nease High School, located at 10550 Ray Road in Ponte Vedra Beach. It will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:30-6 (grades 7-12), and from 5:45-7 p.m., Mondays only, for grades K-6. Possibility for more days as the club grows. Baker County Youth Wrestling, Inc., with club activity planned for Mondays and Thursdays starting on October 27. There will be a registration event that evening from 5:30-7 p.m., with a clinic planned for Saturday, October 29 and then practices on Mondays and Thursdays at the Macclenny First Baptist Church gymnasium. Cost for entire season (through mid-March) is $190, which includes AAU card. There is a discount for families with multiple children and payment plans may be arranged. Flagler Attack will meet every Monday and Wednesday, starting on November 14 and running until February 1, from 5:15-6:30 p.m. at the Flagler Palm Coast High School wrestling room. Elementary-school and middle school-aged students welcome. Cost is $20, which includes AAU membership. Registration will be held at 5 p.m. on November 14 at the 800 Gym, on the high school campus.
